A homeless woman is sitting in jail tonight awaiting her trial for felony tampering with evidence.  Her charge arose out of an incident where an officer asked her to leave a certain area, so she got up, poured her cup of beer out, and started walking away.  At the same moment he grabbed her cup and arrested her for tampering with physical evidence.  Yes, he sent the leftover liquid to FDLE to be tested for alcohol.

I am not making this up.
